Full-Stack Developer

We're looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team in Dhaka. You'll work across the full product lifecycle — from system architecture and backend APIs to polished frontend interfaces — on real projects for clients in the USA, UK, Canada, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia.

This isn't a "maintain the backlog" job. You'll be involved in technical decisions, sprint planning, client calls and everything in between. We move fast, we care about quality, and we ship things that work.

• Design and build full-stack web applications from discovery through deployment
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code across backend APIs and frontend interfaces
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-precise, responsive designs
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, daily standups and sprint retrospectives
• Review code from teammates and provide constructive technical feedback
• Contribute to architecture decisions and help shape technical standards
• Debug and resolve issues across production environments
• Communicate clearly with clients on technical progress and requirements

• 2+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in PHP/Laravel for backend development
• Solid experience with React or Vue.js on the frontend
• Good understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows and deployment pipelines
• Ability to read and write clean, testable, documented code
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal English communication skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes or containerised deployments
• Previous work on international client projects
• Contributions to open-source projects
