We're headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and work fully remotely with clients worldwide. We have active projects in the USA, UK, Canada, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia. We schedule calls at times that work for your time zone and communicate asynchronously in between.

We're a 15+ person cross-functional team with full-stack developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps specialists and project managers. We don't outsource - every project is built in-house by our permanent team.

Yes - always. We sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any project-specific information is shared. Your business idea, data and technical details are fully protected throughout our engagement.

Both. We've built MVPs for early-stage startups and enterprise systems for large organisations. The main factor is having a clear problem to solve - not company size. We can help you define scope even if you only have a rough idea.

We typically begin within 1–2 weeks of signing the agreement. We'll schedule a discovery call, finalise scope, sign the contract and kick off the first sprint shortly after. Urgent projects can often be fast-tracked.

We use Agile with 2-week sprints, daily standups and end-of-sprint demos. You'll receive working software every two weeks - not a big reveal at the end. This keeps you fully involved and lets us adapt to feedback continuously.

You'll have access to our project management tools (Jira/Trello) and receive weekly progress reports. We hold sprint demos at the end of every two-week cycle and are always reachable via Slack, WhatsApp or email during business hours.

Yes. We have a dedicated UI/UX designer on the team. Every project includes wireframes and prototypes before development begins. If you already have a design system or brand guide, we'll work within it.

Changes are handled through our change request process. For fixed-price projects, significant scope changes are quoted separately. For time-and-materials projects, you can reprioritise the backlog any time. We never make changes without your approval.

Project cost depends entirely on scope, complexity and timeline. Simple web apps start around $2,000–$5,000. Enterprise platforms can range from $15,000 to $100,000+. We'll give you a clear, detailed quote after the discovery call - no surprise invoices.

We offer two models. Fixed-price is best for well-defined scopes - you know the exact cost upfront. Time-and-materials (hourly/monthly retainer) is better for evolving projects where requirements may shift. We'll recommend the right model after understanding your needs.

Yes, we typically require a 30–50% deposit before work begins, with the balance split across milestones or paid at project completion. For ongoing retainer work, billing is monthly. Payment terms are agreed upfront and included in the contract.

Never. Your quote includes everything agreed in scope. Third-party costs (hosting, licences, APIs) are listed separately and always pre-approved by you before we commit. If anything changes, you'll know before we act.

Yes - iOS and Android using React Native for cross-platform apps that share a single codebase, or native development when performance demands it. We handle design, development, testing and App Store / Play Store submission.

Yes. Upon full payment, all intellectual property - including source code, designs and documentation - is transferred to you. We never retain ownership of what we build for clients. Everything is committed to a private Git repository that you control.

Yes. All projects include a post-launch hypercare period (typically 2–4 weeks) where we monitor, fix bugs and ensure stability. We also offer ongoing monthly maintenance retainers covering updates, performance monitoring, security patches and feature additions.

Critical production issues: within 2–4 hours, any time. General support tickets: within 24 hours on business days. Feature requests and non-urgent issues: triaged and scheduled within the next sprint. Response times are defined in your support agreement.

We offer hourly-rate engagements for smaller tasks - no need to commit to a full project. Tell us what you need and we'll give you a time estimate. Minimum engagement is typically 4 hours.

We accept international bank transfers (SWIFT/IBAN), PayPal, Wise and Payoneer. Invoices are issued in USD. Currency conversion and any transfer fees are the client's responsibility. We'll confirm the payment method that works best for you before we start.

We work in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) but have overlap hours with US Eastern (4–6 hours overlap in mornings), UK (BST–5h overlap in afternoons) and Gulf/Malaysia time zones. We schedule calls at your convenience and use async tools so you're never blocked waiting for a response.

Our contracts are written in English and structured to be internationally enforceable. We're experienced working under US, UK and EU client requirements. For specific legal frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) we work with your legal team to ensure full compliance.
